Michelle Li
Service Provider
Michelle has owned Southern Highlands Early Childhood Centre for 8 years as well as owning a second centre 'Pine Cottage' in Little Bay, Sydney. Michelle is a busy mother of 3 and has a passion for providing quality childcare services to the Sydney and Southern Highlands Greater Regions. Michelle works at 'Pine Cottage' through out the week and has open communication with centre director Tamara to contribute to the day to day running of Southern Highlands Early Childhood Centre.

Tamara Facer
Director
Tamara is at the centre Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and can be found in the office and on the floor! Tamara is a hands on Director who loves contributing to the learning environments of all rooms and the outdoor yard at the centre. Tamara has been successfully directing the centre for 9 years and still enjoys being on the floor and interacting with all children and families within our service. Tamara is a very busy Mum to 3 children and enjoys family time outside of her work at SHECC.
Melinda McLoughlin
2IC - Possum's Room Leader
Melinda works in the 2-3 years room Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday as well as being part of our Management Team at SHECC. Melinda has being working at the centre for more than 10 years and brings a warm, fun and creative energy to our Toddler room! Melinda is a mother to 2 beautiful boys who are both in Primary School and loves be involved in many community sports outside of work.
Taylor Bopping
2IC - Koala's Room Leader
Taylor works in the 0-2 years room Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and also makes up part of our Management Team at the centre. Taylor has been working at SHECC for 5 years and is a true asset to our Babies Program. Taylor is creative, kind and loves contributing to all aspects of the indoor and outdoor learning environment. Taylor is a Mum to 2 year old twin boys who also attend the centre and keep Taylor very, very busy!
